1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (such as new product releases or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email once your order has shipped.

All orders are packed, prepared, and shipped in the order they are received. Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance and local postal services)

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and customs delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If your tracking number isn’t updating, please allow a short time for carrier systems to refresh, or contact our team for help.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address and reshipping cost are confirmed.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays may occur due to postal issues, customs processing, or natural events beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact support@patriotstore.us, and we’ll help track or resolve the issue with the carrier.

If a carrier confirms an order as Delivered, it is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

7. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local fees required by their country’s regulations.
Patriot Store is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance processes.

8. Pre-Orders or Limited Editions

If your order includes pre-order or limited-edition collectibles, please note that shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace or refund the product at no additional cost once verified.

10. Force Majeure

Patriot Store shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather disruptions, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
