At Patriot Store, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- Include any accessories, certificates, or display boxes that came with the product
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Items missing original packaging or proof of purchase
- Gift cards or promotional items received as part of a special offer
- Clearance or final-sale items (if clearly marked âFinal Saleâ on the product page)
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@patriotstore.us within 60 days of delivery to request a return.
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt, as we cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5â10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
If your return is rejected (for example, if the product shows signs of use or missing parts), weâll notify you by email.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenât received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
- If youâve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@patriotstore.us.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can only be returned through our normal return process.
9. Product Disclaimer
Our coins, cards, and other products are collectible items designed for personal enjoyment and display only. They do not hold any monetary, currency, or investment value, and refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid.
10. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This right is covered by our 60-day return policy.
If canceled within this 14-day window, we will refund the original product cost and standard shipping fees. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
11. Statutory Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence.
