Cancellation policy

Billing & Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle (for example, monthly).

  • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at each renewal unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.

  • Prices, taxes, and any applicable shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout.


Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.


After Cancellation

  • If a subscription is canceled before the renewal cutoff, no further charges will be made.

  • If a cancellation occurs after a renewal has already been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.


Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, as access, services, and/or fulfillment may begin immediately after renewal.

  • If you believe a charge was made in error or need assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


Shipping & Fulfillment (If Applicable)

  • For subscriptions that include physical shipments, fulfillment typically begins after a successful renewal payment.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and up to date.


Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery, any changes to shipping addresses must be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
