Patriot Store Affiliate Terms
Official Advertising
Each affiliate is fully responsible for creating and managing their own marketing campaigns.
Prohibited Conduct
- If a customer files a complaint or chargeback due to illegal or dishonest promotions:
- – We reserve the right to withhold your entire commission until the case is resolved.
- – In proven cases of fraud, we may refund the customer in full, and you will forfeit your commission for that sale.
Payout Schedule
We reserve the right to withhold part of the commission for each sale if there's a risk of refund or chargeback, until the refund window is closed.
Transparency & Accountability
Any violation of these terms may result in account termination and loss of all pending commissions.
Crypto Payout Policy (for Affiliates)
1. Payment Method
Affiliate commissions may be paid in cryptocurrency instead of traditional fiat methods.
The default payout currency will be USD Coin (USDC), a U.S. dollar–pegged stablecoin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are made on the Ethereum network (ERC-20) by default. Affiliates may request an alternate chain (e.g. Polygon, BNB Chain) if supported by our payment wallet.
2. Payment Schedule
Payouts are processed monthly, on or about the 15th of each month, for commissions earned in the prior calendar month.
A minimum payout threshold of $50 USD (or equivalent in crypto) applies.
3. Exchange Rate
The USD value of commissions is calculated at the time the payout is approved.
The equivalent amount of USDC (or agreed token) will be transferred to the affiliate wallet.
4. Wallet Addresses
Affiliates must provide a valid and accurate crypto wallet address for payouts.
We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the affiliate.
5. Gas Fees (Network Transaction Fees)
Standard blockchain network (“gas”) fees will be deducted from the affiliate’s payout.
To minimize gas fees, affiliates may request alternative supported chains (e.g., Polygon).
6. Tax Compliance
All affiliate payments, including crypto payouts, are considered taxable income.
U.S. affiliates: must submit a W-9 form. If total annual payouts are $600 or more, a Form 1099-NEC will be issued.
Non-U.S. affiliates: must submit a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. Payments may be subject to U.S. withholding and reporting (Form 1042-S).
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed in their jurisdiction.
7. Disputes
Any disputes regarding crypto payouts (amount, timing, or conversion rate) must be raised in writing within 30 days of payment.
