Are your coins, bars, and bills made of real gold or silver?

No — and we say so on every product page. Our pieces are gold-, silver-, or platinum-plated collectibles made for display, collecting, and gifting. They are not bullion, contain no precious-metal value, are not legal tender, and have no monetary or investment value. What you're buying is craftsmanship and symbolism, honestly described.

Is PatriotStore affiliated with Donald Trump or any political campaign?

No. PatriotStore is an independent retailer offering collectible merchandise created for supporters and patriots. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any political campaign or organization. All products are unofficial collectibles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods). After shipment, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days in the United States, 7–15 to Canada, and 10–20 internationally depending on customs. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once your package ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after shipment.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for items in original condition and packaging — no restocking fees. Email support@patriotstore.us with your order number to start. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven't shipped. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship once the corrected address and reshipping cost are confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local fees required by their country.

How do the FREE items work?

Select promotional items are offered free while supplies last. Quantities are limited and most are one per order; any shipping costs are shown at checkout.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
